Elsa Veloz Banaag, 64, of Morrison, IL, died Saturday, January 31, 2015, at her home. Elsa was born July 20, 1950, in Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines, to Bartolome and Marcellana (Ladao) Veloz. She was married to Isabelo F. Banaag on February 22, 1975, in Camiguin, Philippines. He died January 2, 2004.

On Thursday, April 2, 2015, the American Battlefield Monuments Commission (ABMC) will close its Floral Fund Program and will no longer process new floral orders.
