FS Scholastic Bowl Results

Morrison High School Frosh-Soph Scholastic Bowl team wrapped up their season on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Erie, IL, with three wins.  They finished the season with a record of 25-12.

Scholastic Bowl Improves TRAC Record

On Tuesday, Febuary 17, 2015, Morrison High School students traveled to Erie, IL, for a night of Scholastic Bowl.  Morrison currently holds 2nd place in the TRAC Conference, with three matches yet to play.  The MHS team’s overall record is 33-14; they stand 10-1 in the TRAC conference.

Late Seconds Defeat Fillies

The Kewanee, IL, Wethersfield Lady Geese were the guests for the final regular season game with the Morrison High School Fillies on Saturday, February 7, 2015.  The lead never exceeded four points by either team, and the Geese flew south with a 42-40 win.

Seizure Service Dog for Sam

Samuel Dohrn is a lovable ten- soon-to-be-eleven-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with epilepsy; bilateral cortical dysplasia; pathologic myopia (severe nearsightedness); congenital stationary night blindness.  He can still smile and hopes to do a lot more–if funds can be raised to provide a Seizure Service Dog as his everyday companion.

Fillies Gallop Away from Rams

Four Morrison High School girls scored in double figures against the Port Byron, IL, Riverdale Rams on Thursday, February 5, 2015.  The Fillies came out of the corral and built a 21-3 first quarter lead.  They extended that to 37-8 by half.
