8-2-18 at 8:12 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at IL Route 84, at the intersection with Lock Road. Upon further investigation Khristofer E. Blair, age 32 of Stockton, IL, was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Driving While License Suspended. Blair was taken into custody on a Whiteside County warrant for Driving While License Revoked and was eventually released after posting bond. Midwest Towing assisted on scene.
