Arrests: On Thursday, August 24, 2017, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Brian L. Dunn, age 34 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Dunn with Failure to Appear-Driving Under the Influence/Alcohol. Dunn was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
