Fulton, IL, resident Barbara Mask will document the origin of Dutch Days events beginning in 1974, during her program at Morrison’s Heritage Museum, on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Doors open at 1:00 p.m., and the program begins promptly at 1:30.
She will illuminate the 1881 immigration of the Cornelius Vogel family to Fulton. “None of the 12 children moved away” from Fulton, Mask explained. The expansive, local “Vogel ‘clan’ members are especially invited to this program,” she added.
The Museum, at 202 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, is accessible to all, with a ramp at the rear of the building. There is no charge to attend. Refreshments will be served.
