Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, August 24, 2018.
Arrests: On Monday, August 27, 2018, Morrison Police arrested Andrew S. Connelly, age 23 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Connelly with Violation of Probation-Possession of Cannabis. Connelly was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Monday, August 27, 2018, at approximately 5:25 p.m., Morrison Police responded to a motor vehicle crash (no injuries) on E. High Street and N. Jackson Street, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Kathy L. Stull, age 58 of Sterling, IL, with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Stull was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and then released on a Notice to Appear for September 13, 2018.
