Vincent Wren, Sterling, won the fourth Bicycle Giveaway on Friday, August 21, 2015.  It was donated by Prophetstown Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Prophetstown.  Wren is a ten-year-old fifth grader.  When asked if he had a bike, he replied, “Yeah, but it’s really small.  I’ve been thinking about getting a new one soon.”  The lucky lad will ride it to school, he added.
