The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, August 20, 2021.Arrests: On Sunday, August 22, 2021, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Morrison Police responded to a domestic dispute at 517 E. Wall Street, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Jacob S. Callihan, age 21 of Morrison, with Domestic Battery. Callihan was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
