The following Arrest was made and Citations issued since Friday, August 11, 2023.
Arrest: On Thursday, August 17, 2023, at approximately 11:25 a.m., the Morrison Police Department responded to a Stalking No Contact Order Violation at 300 ½ E. Park Street. During the investigation, it was discovered Nicholas Larkey, age 35, from Sterling, IL, committed a violation of the valid court order. Larkey was taken into custody and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
