Arrest: On Thursday, August 1, 2024, the Morrison Police Department responded to the 300 block of W. Winfield Street, Morrison, IL, for a report of a female passed out in a vehicle on the roadway. After a brief investigation, Morrison Police arrested Amber N. Brooks, 47, Glasford, IL, for Driving Under the Influence and Improperly Parking on the Roadway.
The public is reminded that these are merely charges, and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
