Sheriff John Booker declared that effective Friday, June 7, 2109, Whiteside County is lifting the No Wake restriction on its section of the Rock River.  As a reminder, the section of the Rock River in Whiteside County jurisdiction is essentially downstream from Oppold Marina, in Sterling, IL.
