The 2:00 p.m. winner of a Bicycle Giveaway was fifth grader Marissa Folkers, age ten from Morrison, IL.  She might look familiar, because this is the third time she has won a Fair bicycle!  Her previous wins were in 2012 and 2013.  Sister Megan, almost seven, gets the hand-me-down bikes.
