Prophetstown Boys Ordered to Pay Restitution

On Tuesday, August 12, 2014, an attempt at restitution was set into place for two half-brothers who destroyed a significant portion of Main Street, Prophetstown, IL.  In the alley behind a string of businesses and retail shops–several with residences atop–they started a dumpster on fire, in the early morning of
