Executive Director Carrie Melton acknowledged two, generous, May 2020 donations, to benefit April House Children’s Advocacy Center of Whiteside County, 501 N. Madison Street, Morrison, IL.
These timely donations of $1190 will cover all costs to replace an outdated, dysfunctional recording system. New audio visual equipment (television and computer) will be used during interviews of children.
April House is grateful for their support!
During April, Angie VanderVinne had allocated $10 to April House, for every new State Farm Insurance client. On Wednesday, May 6, she presented a check for $690 to Melton.
On Wednesday, May 14, April House Children’s Advocacy Center received a donation through the Whiteside County Recorder’s Office. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Fidlar Technologies had offered a donation to all their County partners. Our local County Recorder chose April House as the recipient of $500.
