Abel D. Barnes, 35, of Chicago Heights, IL, was stopped for speeding on 4/05/2018 at 6:32 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 103 in Ogle County, for speeding. Barnes was wanted on a Cook County warrant for Aggravated Battery. He was unable to post the $250,000 bond and was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
Dustin C. Teubert, 36, of Janesville, WI, was stopped for speeding on 4/07/2018 at 5:43 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 103 in Ogle County, and charged with Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. Teubert was released on an I-bond.
Robert T. Coine, 19, of Oregon, IL, was stopped for speeding on 4/08/2018 at 1:30 a.m., on IL Route 38 at Jones Road in Rochelle, IL, and charged with Unlawful Possession/Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Minor. Passenger Gabrielle E. Russell, 18, of Mt. Morris, IL, was also charged with Unlawful Possession/Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Minor. Both subjects were released on I-bonds.
Jose Manuel Menchaca, Jr., 39, of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped on 4/07/2018 at 8:10 a.m., on Interstate 88 eastbound at milepost 42 in Whiteside County, after a routine registration check revealed the registered owner had a suspended Driver’s License and a warrant. Menchaca was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Wanted on Warrant. He was released on an I-bond.
