Charges listed below are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
04-02-15 at 5:00 p.m. Levi L. Mason, age 26 of Morrison, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation in Morrison. He was arrested for No Valid Illinois Driver’s License – Resident Longer than 45 days, and released on bond.
04-06-15 at 5:30 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Prophet Road near the intersection of 12th Avenue in Rock Falls, IL. During the investigation of the stop, Tammy R. Bell, age 34 of Tampico IL, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License, Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Driving While License Suspended. After the citations were issued, Bell was released from the scene on a Notice to Appear. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Williams’ Towing.
04-07-15 at midnight Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Prophet Road near the intersection of Riverdale Road in rural Rock Falls, IL. During the investigation of the stop, Mitchell A. Wessels, age 29 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License. Once the citation was issued, Wessels was released from the scene on a Notice to Appear.
04-08-15 at 12:26 a.m. Janet A. Pratt, age 54 of Port Byron, IL, was stopped for No Front Registration Plate and arrested for No Valid Illinois Driver’s License – Resident Longer than 45 days, as well as Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was bonded on scene and released pending a future court date.
04-08-15 at 7:00 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on U. S. Route 30 near the Prophet Road intersection. During the investigation of the stop Samantha E. Medrano, age 22 of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested for disobeying a Stop Sign, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, and Driving While License Suspended. Medrano was transported to the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, where she was processed and released on a Notice to Appear. The vehicle was removed from the scene by William’s Towing.
04-07-15 at 11:30 p.m.
Whiteside County Deputies arrested Nicholas T. Fullington, age 19 of Sterling, IL, at his residence in rural Sterling. Fullington was arrested on
an active Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Fullington was transported to the Whiteside County Jail without incident.
04-08-15 at 12:30 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies arrested Dylan J. Prater, age 22 of Rock Falls, IL, at his residence in rural Rock Falls. Prater was wanted on a Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Pay or Appear on the charge of Manufacture Delivery of Cocaine. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail without incident.
