Honaker, 49, of Rockford, IL, was stopped on 4/29/2018 at 5:40 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 102, in Ogle County after a routine registration check revealed the registered owner, Honaker, was suspended. Honaker was charged with Driving While License Suspended and released on an I-bond.
