April 27 Sheriff’s Office Report

Charges listed below are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

04-21-15 at 9:52 p.m.  Whiteside Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Tampico, IL, area.  Upon further investigation,Jennifer B. Seeley-Farmer, age 42 of Deer Grove, IL, was arrested for No Tail Lights When Required, two counts of Driving Under the Influence, and Unlawful Transportation of Alcohol.  Jennifer was later released with a Notice to Appear and a future court appearance.  Tampico Police Department and Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.

04-25-15 at 1:08 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in rural Sterling, IL.  Upon further investigation, three Sterling juveniles were arrested and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.  The driver, age 16, was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, No Valid Driver’s License, Driving Under the Influence, Unlawful Possession of Tobacco, and Violation of Curfew.  The passengers, ages 14 and 16, were arrested for Violation of Curfew.  Sterling Police Department and Slim-N-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
 
04-25-15 at 1:56 a.m.  Lynette S. Decker, age 44 of Morrison, IL, was stopped by Whiteside County Deputies on Round Grove Road and Bunkerhill Road, where she was ultimately arrested on two Rock Island County, IL, Warrants (Failure to Appear, Theft, and Failure to Appear, Driving While License Suspended.)   Additionally, Lynette was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  She was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail, pending bond or extradition.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.           
 
04-26-15 at 5:13 a.m.  Silverio S. Gomez, age 54 of Clinton, IA, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL, for an inoperative rear registration light.  Gomez was arrested for that offense as well as No Valid Driver’s License, processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, and released on bond.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.         
 
04-27-15 at 1:55 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies responded to a residence in rural Sterling, IL, for a disturbance.  Upon further investigation, Jason J. Bardoner, age 41 of Sterling, was arrested for an outstanding Whiteside County warrant.  Bardoner was able to post bond and was released with a future court appearance.
