Arrests: On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at approximately 2:38 a.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of W. Lincolnway. As a result of the stop, Morrison Police arrested Duvall R. Johnson, age 31 of Columbus, OH, on a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear. Duvall was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and released, after posting the required bond of 300.
