Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Thursday, April 27, 2017.
Arrests: On Thursday, May 4, 2017, Morrison Police were called to the Morrison Junior High School regarding a possible drug offense. As the result of an investigation, Morrison Police issued a City Ordinance citation to a male juvenile, age 14 of Morrison, IL, charging him with Possession of Cannabis (less than 2.5 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a fine of $500. This incident will also be forwarded to Whiteside County Juvenile Justice Commission for their review.
