4/16/14 at 1:00 a.m. Justin L. Reyes, 28, of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested at the Rock Falls Police Department for a Whiteside County warrant–Civil Order of Commitment. He posted bond.
4/19/14 at 8:52 p.m. During a traffic stop at Lynn Boulevard and Oak Grove Avenue in Sterling, IL, Bobbi N. Muntean, 30, of Sterling was cited for Driving While License Suspended and No Insurance. Muntean was released with a Notice To Appear.
4/20/14 at 10:21 p.m. During a traffic stop at E. 11th Street and Avenue C in Rock Falls, IL, Jorge A. Tabares, 27, of Sterling, IL, was cited for Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, and No Rear Registration Light. He was released with a Notice To Appear.
4/29/14 at 3:00 a.m. Sierra N. Piester, 19, of Prophetstown, IL, was arrested for DUI, Driving while License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol as a Minor, following a traffic stop at W. 3rd Street and Avenue C in Sterling, IL. Piester was released on a Notice To Appear.
5/2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Leopoldo Paz, 41, of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License and Unlawful Use of an Electronic Communication Device, following a traffic stop at 12th Street and Prophet Road in Rock Falls, IL. Paz was released on a Notice To Appear.
5/3/14 at 1:54 a.m. Ronald W. McNinch, 26, of Tampico, IL, was arrested on a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Pay or Appear following a traffic stop at 1st Avenue and Harley Davidson Drive in Rock Falls, IL. McNinch was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he is being held in lieu of bond.
5/4/14 at 1:58 a.m. Lawrence Steeple, 36, of Dolton, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop in rural Fulton, IL. Steeple posted $150 cash bond and was released.
