April 17 Sheriff’s Office Report

These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

On 4-16-19 at 02:10 a.m., Deputies came across a rollover crash that occurred around 10:55 p.m., on Lyndon Road north of Wayne Road.  The driver, Leather R. Lewis, age 22 of Rock Falls, IL, was originally traveling northbound on Lyndon Road, when his vehicle left the roadway into the west ditch and then came back across, rolling onto the roadway and into a field on the east side of Lyndon Road   Lewis was uninjured in the crash and arrested for Improper Driving on Shoulder of Roadway, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Crash, and Failure to Report Crash to Police Authority.  He was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.

On 4-16-19 at 11:14 p.m., Brandon L. Karrow, age 19 of Prophetstown, IL, was stopped for loud music in Prophetstown.  He was ultimately taken into custody and processed for No Valid Driver’s License plus Illegal Use of Sound Amplification System.  Karrow was released on bond.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.
