The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, April 16, 2021.
Arrests: On Saturday, April 17, 2021, at approximately 8:04 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Charlie D. Davis, age 43 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Davis with Failure to Appear-Sex Offender Registration Violation. Davis was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Saturday, April 17, 2021, at approximately 1:21 p.m., Morrison Police responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Sullivan’s Foods. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested Jason R. Spencer, age 42 of Sterling, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Spencer with Failure to Appear-Driving While License Suspended. Spencer was released on a Notice to Appear.
On Sunday, April 18, 2021, at approximately 7:57 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Benito Juarez, age 52 of Joliet, IL, in the 100 block of W. Lincolnway for an equipment violation. As a result of the traffic stop, Juarez was issued a written warning for Unsafe Equipment and was arrested pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Cook County, charging Juarez with Domestic Battery. Juarez posted the required bond and was released.
On Monday, April 19, 2021, at approximately 2:09 a.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Patrick O. Kleckner, age 28 of Savanna, IL, in the 100 block of W. Lincolnway for an equipment violation. As a result of the traffic stop, Kleckner was issued a written warning for Unsafe Equipment. He was arrested for Driving While License Revoked and Obstructing Identification (Class A Misdemeanor.) Kleckner was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and then released on a Notice to Appear.
