April 12 Sheriff’s Office Report

Charges listed below are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

04-10-15 at 9:05 p.m.  Steven G. Jurisch, age 22 of Clarendon Hills, IL, was stopped for speeding on Interstate 88 at milepost 26 and arrested for Speeding 88/70 MPH, as well as Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
 
04-10-15 at 10:10 p.m.  Michael J. Livingston, age 37 of Lyndon, IL, was arrested on Moline Road east of Lyndon for Operating an Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and was given a written warning for other violations.
 
04-10-15 at 10:29 p.m.  Abigayle M. Miller, age 21 of Lyndon, IL, was stopped in Lyndon for Speeding 46/35 MPH and cited for that offense, as well as Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
 
04-10-15 at 11:30 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near the intersection of Regan Road.  During the investigation of the stop, a 17-year-old minor from Sterling, IL, was arrested for Disobeying a Stop Sign, Graduated Driver’s Violation-Unlawful Number of Passengers, Graduated Driver’s-Curfew Violation, and Possession of Cannabis.  The minor was transported to the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, where he was processed and later released to his parents.  The vehicle was removed from the scene by Slim-N-Hank’s Towing.
 
04-11-15 at 12:38 a.m.  Kody J. A. McKenna, age 20 of Erie, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation on Erie Road at Cooper Road.  He was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
 
04-11-15 at 3:29 a.m.  Jeffrey A. Sullivan, age 50 of Clinton, IA, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 west of Morrison, IL, for speeding.  He was arrested for Speeding 85/55 MPH, Violation of Restricted Driver’s License, and No Valid Driver’s License, with other charges pending.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene, and Sullivan was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.
 
04-11-15 at 6:15 p.m.  Brandon K. Drobushevich, age 23 of Moline, IL, was stopped on Interstate 88 at milepost 26 for speeding.  He was arrested for Speeding 84/70 MPH and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.  His passenger, Jeremy S. Buller, age 25 also of Moline, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Both were processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.
 
04-11-15 at 10:30 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on 1st Avenue near the intersection of Route 30 in Rock Falls, IL.  During the investigation of the stop, Skyler M. Russell, age 21 of Prophetstown, IL, was arrested for Failure to Signal When Required, DUI-Drugs, and Possession of Cannabis.  Russell was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on a Notice to Appear.  The vehicle was removed from the scene by Williams’ Towing.
 
04-11-15 at 11:05 p.m.  Deputies responded to a physical domestic situation in rural Sterling, IL.  Betsy J. Walker, age 38 of Sterling, was arrested for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Battery-Peace Officer.  She was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
 
04-12-15 at 1:30 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies responded to a physical domestic incident in rural Morrison, IL.  Steven A. Kuehl, age 24 of Morrison, was arrested for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Battery-Pregnant Person.  He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
