Plan now to attend the 10th Father Daughter Dance presented by the St. Mary’s Catholic Church parish. It is a special family event shared by many with an evening of music, dancing, and memorable fun. Each year the Father Daughter Dance has a grown. “Come Fly With Me!” is the 2015 theme, celebrating spring with the anticipation this season represents for those of any age.
Friday, April 10, is the date for the dance, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Parish Hall, 13220 Garden Plain Road, Morrison, IL.
This annual event is planned for the Morrison community with young ladies, of every age, inviting their favorite escort–father, grandfather, uncle, or brother. Admission is $20 at the door for all escorts and free for all young ladies. Admission provides
- entertainment with music by Trent Bush
- a keepsake 4″ x 6″ photograph
- raffle baskets full of surprises
- springtime gifts
- delicious refreshments.
From 6:30 to 7:00, before the music begins, there will be time to take individual and group pictures. These have become such an important part of the evening. Steve Siefken, well-known Morrison photographer, will capture the evening on film.
