The Morrison Seahorses hosted the Stateline Conference Meet on Saturday, February 6, 2016. The Stateline Conference is made up of swim teams from Morrison, Sterling, Freeport, and Byron, IL. Twenty-eight Seahorses participated, with several of the swimmers competing in their first meet. The Seahorses swam 56 Lifetime Best swims and had 68 Top-12 finishes in individual events and seven Top-3 relay finishes. Congratulations to the 11-12 Girls Medley Relay Team–shown left-to-right,Schyon Drolema, Emily Henson, Laney Edgeton, and Kate Henson–who swam a 2:14.17, to better their own Seahorse record by two seconds. Congratulations to the Seahorses on a fantastic meet!
