Eleven Seahorses traveled to Byron High School on Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, 2015, to participate in the Byron Turkey Shoot Swim Meet. The swimmers had a fantastic meet with 45 Top-8 finishes and 42 Lifetime Best swims. Congratulations to Landri Harmon who won the 10 and Under Girls 2nd Place High Point Trophy and to Kate Henson who swam a Regional time in the 100 Freestyle. Also congratulations to, left-to-right shown below, BayLeigh Brewer, Emily Henson, Kate Henson, and Landri Harmon, who broke the Seahorse record for the 11-12 Girls 200 Medley Relay, that had just been set back in July of 2015.
The next meet for the Seahorses will be the DeKalb County Swim Team Winter Classic at the Kishwaukee YMCA, on Friday, January 29, through Sunday, January 31, 2016.
