Ann J. Van Horn, 63, of Morrison, IL, died on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Morrison Community Hospital.
Ann was born April 17, 1959, in Morrison, to Willis .J and Jean F. (Prestley) Greeley. She was a graduate of Morrison High School. She first married Steve Osborn, the father of her children. On April 23, 2012, she married Brian Van Horn in Las Vegas, NV. Ann worked as a CNA at the Morrison Hospital for 17 years. She also worked at P&P Tool as a Production Worker for over 15 years. Ann loved everything Wizard of Oz and had a collection of Oz memorabilia. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Brian; three sons, Shane (Denice) Osborn, Chris (Maria Kempthorne) Osborn, and Chad (Karina Lane) Osborn, all of Morrison; eight grandchildren, Max, Evan, Cameron, Sarah, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Bricelyn, and Brynlee; four great-grandchildren, Kenryk, Kael, Avery, and Addilyn; sister, Jackie Smith of Rock Island, IL; brother, Bob (Joyce) Greeley of Morrison; sister-in-law, Rhonda Greeley of Morrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister in infancy; brother, Allan Greeley.
Her Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 7, 2022, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home, with Ken Renkes officiating.
A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2022, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Fenton Township Cemetery, in Fenton, IL.
