During the Whiteside County Fair, American Legion Post 328, Morrison, IL, will replace the United States flag that is used at the Whiteside County Fairgrounds, 201 W. Winfield Street, Morrison.
The ceremony will take place just prior to the 1:30 p.m. National Anthem at the Harness Races, on Friday, August 21, 2015.
