Alice M. Scuffham, age 91, of Sterling, IL, died Sunday, July 14, 2013, at Coventry Living Center in Sterling.
Alice was born December 11, 1921, in Burlington, IL, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Nelson) Seyller. She married Harold Scuffham on October 10, 1942, in Burlington.
Survivors include three sons, Harold (Mary) Scuffham of Morrison, IL, Roger (Judy) Scuffham of Deer Grove, IL, and Gary (Sharon) Scuffham of Rock Falls, IL; one brother, Roy (Linda) Seyller of Elgin, IL, two step-brothers Chuck Bierlotzer of Cortland, IL, and Frank Bierlotzer of Cortland; one step-sister June (David) Yates of Genoa, IL, three sisters-in-law, Helen Knutter of Winter, WI, Catherine Seyller of Hampshire, IL, and Dorothy Seyller of Moorseville, NC; 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded him in death by her parents, husband, four brothers, and one sister.
Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, IL, 1002 12th Avenue.
Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 17, 2013, with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating.
Burial will be at Coloma Township Cemetery in Rock Falls, IL.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
