Cornerstone Family Dentistry Phones Are Misbehaving

Posted by

THE GOOD NEWS:  At Cornerstone Family Dentistry, 521 W. Wall Street, Morrison, IL, Doctors Mindy Hochgesang and Craig Peterson implemented digital phone service, “to better suit our customers.”

THE BAD NEWS:  This has become a communication nightmare for some clients and office personnel.

THE GOOD NEWS:  The office will switch back to a traditional landline, with new phone and fax numbers.

THE BAD NEWS:  Unfortunately, this will not be completed until Tuesday, March 22, 2016.

  • Have you left a message at the dental office which never resulted in a reply?  Be assured–the office did not receive your phone message.
  • Did you experience phone calls that were dropped?
  • Have you found the phone number 1-815-718-6558 stops “working for a couple hours?”  Be assured–the office did not know phone service was impaired.

Patients should continue to use the phone number until the end of the month, but be aware you might have difficulty.  Do not leave a message; retry the call.

If it is convenient, stop at the office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., (closed for lunch from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.)

A better solution came from a staff member, “Email works well.”  Patients are urged to send an email message to midwestcornerstone@securepracticemail.com.  On the homepage, click the tiny, yellow email envelope to begin.
