The Fulton Chamber of Commerce held its last Biz After 5 for the 2015 year at Fit Assist. Owner Colleen Temple, second from left, greeted guests and explained the various circuit workout methods, which are the heart of her facility.
She stated that she offers before-and-after “work” hours, for those who struggle to find time to exercise.
Temple provided healthy snacks for Chamber members who attended.
