The Morrison High School Fillies Basketball team was able to outscore the Kewanee, IL, Lady Boilermakers from the field. The local team, however, sent the Boilermakers to the free throw line 33 times, where they converted on 22 (67%) of the gifts. Kewanee’s center, McKenzie Devilder, carried her team with 23 points, while converting on 11 of 17 free throws. That forced four Fillies to play cautiously, with four fouls each, to end the game.
