The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from The President of the United States of America and Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly United States and Illinois flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of
the Victims of the Attack in San Bernardino, CA
and
Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Gary Tresenriter, City of Morrison, IL, Director of Public Services, requested United States and Illinois flags at City-owned property to be flown at half-staff from Friday, December 4, until end of the work day, Monday, December 7, 2015.
