Help us set a Guinness Book World Record at this year’s Christmas Walk, the afternoon of Saturday, December 5, 2015! Morrison Chamber of Commerce wants to set the world record for having the “largest gathering of human snowmen in one location.”
You and everyone you invite will help Morrison, IL, break the old record of 333. Spread this opportunity to family, organizations, and co-workers. More participants over 334 will give our town a longer run of holding the snowman world record.
Join us on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. for the official group photograph. It will be taken in the parking lot located behind Whiteside County Court Services, 204 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL.
In order to qualify, each person MUST wear the following items:
- long-sleeved white shirt or sweatshirt
- white pants
- three black circles for buttons
- orange carrot nose (real, paper, or plastic)
- scarf
- black top hat.
