The annual Chamber of Commerce/Cottonwood 4-H Club Halloween Parade was held in the dry, warm Junior High School, 300 Academic Drive, Morrison, IL, on Saturday, October 31, 2015. There were bleacher seats for comfortable viewing.
The promenade began at 1:30 p.m. After strolling past the audience, children and adults stood in rows facing the crowd.
