The final 2012 nominees for Morrison Rotary Students of the Month are Brock Deter and Olivia Vander Bleek.
Deter is the son of Rick and Glenda Deter. He is involved in football, baseball, basketball, and National Honors Society. He also enjoys Key Club, Church Youth Group, and working as a leader in the Morrison Recreation Program. After two years at Sauk Valley Community College, Brock plans to attend University of Wisconsin/Platteville with a major in Agri-Business.
Vander Bleek is the daughter of Luke and Joan Vander Bleek. She is active in choir, Madrigals, Student Council, Scholastic Bowl, Jazz Band, and theatre. She is a Religious Education instructor at St. Mary’s Catholic Church as well as an Altar Server. Olivia plans to attend college with an emphasis in English and Literature and has aspirations of becoming a publisher/editor.
