Paige LaShelle, Morrison, IL, won the second Bicycle Giveaway on Wednesday, August 19, 2015. It was donated by The Hanford-Schuneman Insurance Agency of Erie, Prophetstown, IL. LaShelle is a seven–a-half-year-old second grader who owns a bike. She thought the new one might be too big for her, but her mother found it to be a perfect fit. On Thursday, August 20, Paige reported she had ridden the bicycle and shared her good news with classmates.
