Charges listed below are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
07-09-15 at 2:20 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Sterling, IL, area. Upon further investigation, Jacob A. Hendrix, age 21 of Sterling, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License as well as three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hendrix was released from the scene with a Notice to Appear and a future court appearance. Slim-N-Hank’s assisted on scene.
07-13-15 at 10:11 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Morrison, IL, area. Upon further investigation, Micheal T. Fisher, age 25 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Fisher was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was held in lieu of bond. Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.
07-14-15 at 05:35 a.m. William L. Greul, age 19 of Morrison, IL, was stopped for Speeding 72/55 MPH on U. S. Route 30 west of Morrison. He was arrested for the speeding offense as well as No Valid Driver’s License. Midwest Towing assisted on scene.
07-14-15 at 2:33 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to an address near Sterling, IL. Upon further investigation, Jason J. Bardoner, age 42 of Sterling, was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection. Bardoner was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was held in lieu of bond.
07-17-15 at 10:23 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Fulton, IL. Upon further investigation, Dori K. Liggins, age 52 of Fulton, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Liggins was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was processed and released on with a Notice to Appear. 07-18-15 at 10:07 a.m. Cesar I. Contreras, age 23 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for speeding 74/55 on Emerson Road west of Sterling and arrested for the speeding offense as well as No Valid Driver’s License.
07-18-15 at 3:13 p.m. Austin M. Olalde, age 18 of Sterling, IL, was stopped on Woodlawn Road, Sterling, for No Front Registration Plate. He was arrested for
Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Valid Driver’s License.
07-18-15 at 4:46 p.m. Roger B. Inboden, age 50 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for speeding 47/30 MPH on Woodlawn Road, Sterling. He was arrested for the speeding
offense as well as Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
07-31-15 at 8:20 p.m. Randall N. Finley, age 36 of Des Moines, IA, arrested for Speeding 99/70 MPH on Interstate 88 at mile marker 41. Bond was posted on scene, and
Illinois State Police assisted on scene.
07-31-15 at 9:13 p.m. Camarena L. Avila, age 31 of Seattle, WA, arrested for Speeding 96/70 MPH on Interstate 88 at mile marker 36. Bond was posted on scene.
08-01-15 at 1:12 a.m. Jeremy I. Pocius, age 21 of Wheaton, IL, arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL. He was also given a written warning for No Front Registration Plate and Obstructed Vision.
08-01-15 at 04:20 a.m. Brandie L. Klinkner, age 39 of Morrison, IL, was arrested on Prairie Center Road near Lister for Littering. Matthew T. McCole, age 33 also of Morrison was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was held until an initial court appearance.
08-01-15 at 11:20 p.m.
Whiteside County Deputies were called to 9969 Erie Road for a possible underage drinking party. Upon further investigation, Abigail L. Baker, age 20 of Prophetstown, IL; Matthew L. Hayes, age 20 of Erie, IL; Bryce N. McCormick, age 18 of Erie; Rachel G. McGuire, age 20 of Moline, IL; Laykin J. Minor, age 19 of Erie; Steven E. Schellhorn, age 20 of Erie; Karlie E. Stafford, age 19 of Prophetstown; Hannah L. Stratton, age 20 of Cordova, IL; Ethan A. Wickham, age 20 of Clinton, IA; Rachel A. Wilson, age 20 of Moline; two juveniles were arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, with the exception of Stratton, who was arrested for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. Everyone over the age of 18 was released on scene with a Notice to Appear. The juveniles were released to their parents. All parties were later processed at the Whiteside County Jail and await a future court appearance. Erie Police Department and the Morrison Police Department assisted on scene.
08-09-15 at 11:23 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Rock Falls, IL, area for a turn signal violation. Upon further investigation, Cynthia
M. Cantu, age 24 of Rock Falls, was arrested due to an active Whiteside County Warrant, with the original charge of Driving While License Suspended. Cantu was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was held in lieu of bond. Williams Towing assisted on scene.
08-10-15 at 2:03 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in rural Sterling, IL, for a lane violation. Upon further investigation, the driver, a juvenile of Sterling, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License – Graduated Driver’s License Violation, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, as well as Violation of Curfew. The rear passenger, a juvenile of Sterling, was arrested for Violation of Curfew. The driver was released to the custody of his mother. The rear passenger was taken home and released to his guardian.
08-11-15 at 12:40 a.m. Deputies stopped a vehicle in Albany, IL, for defective exhaust and no visible registration. Angel Morales L. DeLeon, age 28 of Albany, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License and Defective Exhaust. He was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond.
08-11-15 at 5:25 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies received a 911 call from rural Rock Falls, IL. Upon further investigation, a juvenile of Rock Falls, was arrested for Domestic Battery. The juvenile was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was processed and released into the custody of a relative. Lutheran Social Services of Illinois was contacted and assisted with the investigation.
08-11-15 at 11:50 p.m. Kallen A. Jepson, age 19 of Erie, IL, was stopped in Morrison, IL, and arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He was also given a written warning for Defective Exhaust and No Rear Splash Guards – Div II vehicle.
08-14-15 at 7:45 p.m. Adam D. Dawson, age 32 of Moline, IL, was stopped for speeding on Interstate 88 at milepost 27 and arrested for Speeding 81/70 MPH and
Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Dawson posted a Promise to Comply.
08-14-15 at 9:07 p.m. A 17-year-old male from Colona, IL, was arrested for Speeding 100 MPH on Interstate 88 at milepost 22. He was bonded on scene with a future court date.
08-14-15 at 10:19 p.m. Gary S. Spencer, age 51 of Lyndon, IL, was arrested in Lyndon for Driving While License Revoked. He was released on bond pending a future court
date.
08-14-15 at 11:50 p.m. Passenger Nicholas A. Determann, age 28 of Fulton, IL, was arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Driving While License Revoked, following a traffic stop in Erie, IL, for Inoperative Taillights. Determann was released after posting the required bond.
08-15-15 at 2:04 a.m. Shane T. Stout, age 31 of Prophetstown, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation in Morrison, IL. Stout was arrested for Operating a Vehicle with
Suspended Registration – Mandatory Insurance Violation. Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.
08-15-15 at 11:24 p.m. Isaak L. Woodruff, age 19 of Cambridge, IL, was stopped in Erie, IL, for Inoperative Rear Registration Light. He was ultimately arrested for that offense, two Counts of DUI, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His passenger, Tyler J. Stiner, age 20 of Lynn Center, IL, was arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage as a Minor. Both were processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on bond.
