Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Wednesday, July 22, 2015.
Arrests: On Sunday, July 26, 2015, at approximately 1:21 a.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Ashlyn R. Wieneke, age 23 of Morrison, IL, on N. Jackson Street, Morrison, for a moving violation. As a result of the traffic stop and further investigation, Morrison Police arrested Wieneke, charging her with Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Wieneke was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and released.
