Morrison, IL, City Administrator Barry Dykhuizen reported on Friday, July 31, 2015, that “Scott Connelly is no longer able to fulfill his duties as Ward 4 Alderman. Connelly recently sold his house, and his new location is not in Ward 4.”
“The City,” Dykhuizen said, “will review procedures for his replacement in Ward 4 at an upcoming Council meeting.”
