Morrison Athletic Boosters sponsored a beer garden on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at the Whiteside County Fairgrounds’ “Blue Building,” following the third annual Alumni USA Football game, featuring Morrison, and Dixon, IL, teams. The event started after the finish of the game, where the Mustangs defeated Dixon 12 to 8. A DJ offered entertainment to the football celebration.
Beginning Saturday, August 1, new Morrison Athletic Boosters Discount Cards will be available. Contact a local athlete to purchase one for $10.
This year’s card will include discounts from the following businesses.
- Casey’s General Store–$2.00 off any large pizza, Morrison only
- Co-Z Corner Convenience Store–Free order garlic bread or 32 oz fountain drink w/whole pizza purchase
- Culver’s–$1 off any Value Basket (limit two per order) only at Clinton, IA, location
- DQ Grill & Chill–10% off any purchase
- Morrison FS Fast Stop–Free 16 oz. fountain pop with purchase of a sandwich
- Family Chef Restaurant–10% off a meal
- Happy Joe’s–$2.00 off any large pizza
- Morrison Hardee’s–Free small fry and drink with purchase of 1/3 lb Frisco Burger, Morrison only
- Homer’s Deli–3 free cookies with purchase of any deli sandwich or sub – Clinton, IA
- Manny’s–$1.00 off large pizza (dine-in only, limit two) Fulton, IL, only
- Shell Express Lane – Free 16 oz. coffee or soda with Deli special of the day Mon-Fri – Morrison only
- Sullivan’s Foods–One-time $10 off an order greater than $100, Morrison only.

Work times are set-up in four-hours shifts:
- 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
