Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Thursday, July 2, 2015.
Arrests:
On Friday, July 3, 2015, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop at E. Park Street and S. Cherry Street on a vehicle driven by Justin A. Connelly, age 41 of Morrison,IL, for an equipment violation. As a result of the investigation during the traffic stop, Connelly was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Connelly was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at approximately 2:55 p.m., Morrison Police were called to Express Lane, 651 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, to check the welfare of a female sitting in a vehicle by the gas pumps. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested Karen J. Isaacson, age 25 of Milledgeville, IL, charging Isaacson with Obstructing a Peace Officer. Isaacson was released with a Notice to Appear for August 3, 2015.
