Arrests: On Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at approximately 1:10 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Terry Denning, age 49 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by the Whiteside County 14th Judicial Circuit Court, charging Denning with Failure to Pay/Appear. Denning was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
