On Wednesday, August 12, 2015, a motorcoach will transport history enthusiasts to the interactive and celebrated Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, 112 N. Sixth Street, Springfield, IL. Departure is 7:00 a.m. and return is between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. The cost is $45 per person, with meals on your own.
Built in 2005, it immediately ascended to preeminent status among U. S. Presidential Libraries/Museums. If this will be a first visit, you will discover a plethora of reasons for this distinction. Those making a return will be able to experience favorite exhibits and the expansive gift shop.
