Spring Valley Reformed Church will showcase a local family, The Venema Quartet, at the outdoor worship concert on Sunday, June 21, 2015. Concerts begin at 7:00 p.m. at 10960 Spring Valley Road, Fulton, IL. Concerts will be held outdoors, weather permitting, or in the church. Remain in your car, or bring a lawn chair and sit up by the stage. Concerts are free, but a free-will donation will be appreciated.
The family has sung together for years. The quartet has much history of past family members singing together and now have continued the tradition. The members, standing left-to-right, are nephew Randy Venema, daughter Shari Akker, father Donald (Doc) Venema,and daughter Deb VanKampen. Seated is Doc’s wife, Corliss (Cork), their pianist.
We hope you can come out and enjoy an evening of special history being made in the Valley.
