In celebration of Opening Day, visitors to the market receive a free market bag, courtesy of Farmers National Bank. Whiteside County Master Gardeners will be on hand sharing their knowledge about growing and preparing kale.
Make this the summer you experience “The Best Little Farmers’ Market in Northwest Illinois!” Musical entertainment, cooking demonstrations, Thai cuisine, organization spotlights, and an Evening Market–featuring A Taste of Morrison–are just some of the fun in store for this season.
