Rock River Jazz Band is bringing the Big Band Era back, for a second live concert this month, on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This “Big Band Night” concert will take place from the bandshell beside Rock River, in Page Park, Dixon, IL. Music is from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The concert will feature Patty Balayti singing standards, including “It’s Only a Paper Moon,” “Orange Colored Sky,” “Blue Skies,” and more.
The free performance is in a family-friendly park setting, with vendors. Several comfortable benches are available–or bring your lawn chair–to enjoy the sounds of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, and others. Invite family and other music lovers.
