The Morrison City Council convened on Monday, June 8, 2026, without Alderman Kevin Bruckner, Jr. in attendance.
The Council heard from Karla Burns of the Morrison On The Move organization. She explained the details of the upcoming festivities being held on Saturday, June 13, at Kelly Park, regarding future improvements in the Picklelball and Tennis Courts.
Action items approved in the following session included:
∗ approval of alcohol on the premises during Bingo Bash 2026.
∗ accept and approve Trees Forever Tree Planting Grant (156 trees.)
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 22, at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Morrison Community Room [inside Odell Public Library.]
