Four Morrison High School girls scored in double figures against the Port Byron, IL, Riverdale Rams on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
The Fillies came out of the corral and built a 21-3 first quarter lead. They extended that to 37-8 by half.
Emma Melton added six assists and five rebounds to her 11 points from the point position. Emma Sitzmore and Ashley Greul each grabbed six rebounds. The defense saw Lakin Goodman, Sitzmore, and Melton each create three steals, to demoralize the Lady Rams.
The Fillies close out the regular season with a home game on Saturday, February 7, against Kewanee, IL, Wethrsfield. The Seniors will be recognized prior to the game’s start.
